1. Acceptance of Terms

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ph888a. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. ph888a employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice, and any balances or winnings associated with those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. ph888a may require you to verify your identity, address, and payment methods as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension or closure.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

ph888a is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ph888a makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph888a account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ph888a immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

ph888a will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified ph888a of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ph888a accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Allowing another person to use your account, or using another person's account, is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

4.1 Currency

All transactions on ph888a are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph888a does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.2 Deposits

ph888a accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph888a does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are for the purpose of gaming on the ph888a Platform only. ph888a is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Funds deposited into your ph888a account are held for gaming purposes and are not investments.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ph888a may require you to complete KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.

ph888a aims to process withdrawal requests within three (3) to five (5) business days, subject to verification requirements. ph888a reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or other violations of these Terms.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. ph888a may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact customer support.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ph888a offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include the following:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or to manipulate the Platform.

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to ph888a immediately.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph888a Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the property of ph888a or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ph888a Platform without the prior written consent of ph888a.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph888a shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

ph888a's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph888a account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph888a does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Responsible Gaming

ph888a's decisions on game outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility are final unless successfully challenged through the formal dispute process described above.
